What is coaching?

In a world limited with constraints, Coaching operates from the “theory of abundance”.  Coaching is different from Mentoring or Training as it operates from the following premise

Every individual is complete in all respects
II
An individual is well aware of their problems and the solution to solve the problem
III
An individual doesn’t need an expert to paradrop a solution
IV
Even though an individual is self-equipped to achieve his potential, their interferences ie belief systems and biases hold them back
V
Coaching challenges these interferences to make the individual unstuck and unlock their potential

Final measurement

A “Pre & Post” on current 360-degree feedback on questions related to Executive Presence.  The last available reading can be taken as Base reading and the Post reading can be done at the end of Advanced module.  The difference between the two will determine effectiveness of the program
